If you are unable to access network drives while connect to JWAP start by opening Credential Manager. To do so start typing credential manager in the search bar and then click on it when you see it in the list.
Once in credential Manger Click on Window Credentials.
Check to see if JUDDFILE is in the list. It is not case sensitive it does not matter if it is upper or lower case.
If You have it in your list Click the Down arrow to the right and Click edit. Make sure your username is correct and type your current windows password(This is the password used to access the computer). Once you have done this click save.
If it is not in the list click add A Windows Credential. Fill in your Windows Username and password(The ones used to sign into the computer). Click Ok
You can close Credential Manger and try connect to the network drive again. You may still get an error the first few times try it at lease twice. If it still fails restart the computer and try again it should work at this point. If you are still unable to connect to the network drives please submit and IT Help Desk Ticket.
