If you are expecting a PDF file to load from BPCS (for example, a SOSI) or upload files to the intranet via BPCS, it's possible that your computer is disconnected from the P drive or other network drives.
SOLUTION:
Checking your network drive connections
Open the File Explore from your Windows desktop. Usually, there is a folder icon at the bottom of your screen:
If you don't see the folder icon, click on Start (Windows icon) and type in "File Explorer" in the search bar and click on the File Explorer result.
On the left panel of the File Explorer, click on "This PC" and check the status of the P Drive (@Share). Here, you can see that it is disconnected.
Double-click on the P Drive to connect. You may be prompted to enter your username and password. Once the connection is established, you should be able to see the P Drive files and a new icon showing that the connection is active.
You should now be able to access SOSI documents and upload documents to the Intranet.
If you are still having trouble, please send the IT team a helpdesk ticket.
